Privacy Policy

These apps are made by one person. There's no company, no investors, no data team. Just me building tools I actually want to use. This page explains how your data is handled across all my apps.

The Short Version

I don't collect your data. I don't track you. I don't run ads. There are no analytics. Your data is none of my business.

Data Storage & iCloud

MarketTrip uses Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) to sync your grocery list, household info, and preferences across your devices and with your household members. Everything lives in your iCloud account — or in a shared iCloud zone if you're in a household. I don't run any servers. I can't see your data.

Vale Parcelar? stores your custom investments locally on your device using UserDefaults. Nothing is synced or uploaded. Investment rates are cached locally after being fetched from Brazil's Central Bank (see below).

What I Don't Collect

Nothing. No personal info, no email addresses, no location data, no usage analytics, no device IDs, no ad identifiers. There are zero third-party analytics SDKs, ad frameworks, or tracking libraries in any of my apps. None.

Household & Sharing (MarketTrip)

When you create a household and share an invite code, people who join can see and edit the shared list. That sharing happens entirely through iCloud. I have no idea who's in your household or what's on your list.

Photo Recognition

Photo recognition in both MarketTrip and Vale Parcelar? runs entirely on your device using Apple's built-in ML frameworks. No images are uploaded anywhere. Nothing leaves your phone.

Investment Rates (Vale Parcelar?)

Vale Parcelar? fetches publicly available investment rates (Selic, CDI, Poupança) from the Banco Central do Brasil's open data API. This is a simple HTTPS request to a public government endpoint — no personal data is sent, no cookies are used, no account is needed. Rates are cached on your device and refreshed at most once per day.

Third-Party Services

My apps don't use any third-party analytics, ad networks, or tracking services. The only external dependencies are Apple's iCloud (MarketTrip) and Brazil's Central Bank open data API (Vale Parcelar?), both covered by their respective privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

My apps don't collect personal information from anyone — kids included. There's nothing to worry about because there's nothing being collected.

Changes to This Policy

If anything here changes, I'll update this page. That's it.
