My memories aren't syncing across devices.
Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled for Bloom in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Drive. Both devices must be signed in to the same Apple ID.

How do I delete a journal entry or milestone?
In the Journal tab, swipe left on any entry to reveal the delete button. For milestones, tap and hold to get the delete option.

Does Bloom use any external servers or store my data online?
No. Bloom is completely private. All your data stays on your device and syncs only via your personal iCloud account. We never see your memories.

What is Apple Intelligence and do I need it?
Apple Intelligence powers milestone detection and Story Time generation. These features require a compatible iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro or later, or any iPhone 16) with Apple Intelligence enabled. Core journaling and voice recording work on any iPhone running iOS 18.
